The North Dakota National Guard has moved about 65 Guard members to help the Department of Health with COVID-19 response.

According to a press release, about 50 Guard members will help with contact information efforts and 15 will support the state laboratory until at least Dec. 31.

The orders are under the authority of FEMA (502f).

Including operational and administrative support, about 80 Guard members are helping with COVID-19 response.
