A critically injured man from a Santa Rosa crash earlier this month has died. 21 year old Jeremiah Lippincott, also known as Jeremiah Herrera, died in hospital Wednesday night after his family took him off life support. On September 2nd, Lippincott was in the front passenger seat of a BMW that police say was fleeing a minor crash on Sebastopol road when it broadsided a pick up 500 feet away. Lippincott was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial while the 16 year old driver was taken to Davis and the 16 year old passenger was taken to Oakland. As of Monday, they both remain hospitalized.
