From the time you were a baby, chances are there was a blanket that you loved to wrap yourself up in to instantly feel cozy, warm and loved. And if that blanket is a quilt crafted by a loving grandma or mom, those feelings mean even more. And the quilt itself is an heirloom that can be passed on to share those feelings with family or friends.
The two women joining us today know all about the special sentiments that can be wrapped up in a quilt or a pillow top that includes special swatches of fabric or t-shirts that mean so much to the person receiving it. Nancy Versaevel and Nancy Nelson-Kremer are both quilters who will be featured during our upcoming KELOLAND Living Arts and Crafts Show and they’re going to let us in on a few secrets of how they make their quilts so special.
The Nancys will be sharing a booth at our upcoming KELOLAND Living Arts & Crafts Show. Until then, you can reach either oth them through their Facebook Pages: Simply Search Quilting Couple and Your Quilt is Ready.
You will also find all the quilts at their booth at the upcoming KELOLAND Living Arts And Crafts Shows on Saturday, October 16th from 9-5 and on Sunday, October 17th from 10 until four at the Ramkota Exhibit Hall in Sioux Falls. Mark your calendars for all the good fun and great shopping now.
And if you’re a crafter or artist with a product to sell and would be interested in having a booth of your own at our event. Contact Courtney Hardie by email at CHARDIE@KELOLAND.com.
