BILLINGS, Mont.  (UJ— Diego Valle (SR/Yucaipa, Calif.) scored twice to help lead the University of Jamestown men’s soccer team to its first win of the season, a 5-0 shutout of University of Providence (Mont.)

Jamestown (1-1-1) will face Rocky Mountain (Mont.) College Sunday at 2:30 p.m.

Valle’s two first-half goals, in the 11th and 28th minutes, staked the Jimmies to a 2-0 lead after 45 minutes of play. UJ had eight shots overall, four on target, in the first half, while the Argos had two shots and one on target.

Frankie Parkinson (FR/Bournemouth, England) made it 3-0 in the 49th minute, then Daigo Adachi (JR/Hyogo, Japan) (54th) and Alex Aco-Hernandez (FR/Denver, Colo.) (57th) scored two minutes and forty seconds apart, putting Jamestown ahead by five.

Alex Hamer (SR/Solihull, England) made three saves for the Jimmies.
