Gun-related charges against two men arrested in connection with a shooting at the Andy Lopez Unity Park in Santa Rosa have been dropped. Santa Rosa Police said the charges have been dropped against Jose Ortiz-Hernandez and Julio Lugo in the May 30th shooting. An empty car was hit by gunfire in a parking lot at the park, and officials believed the shooting was gang related. Police say the intended victims left the park before officers arrived on scene.
