Tuesday, CBS 6 talked to Thomas Mungeer, the president of the New York State Troopers PBA, which is the union representing state police officers, about allegations from the report that Cuomo sexually harassed a female state trooper on his security detail.

The report states he ran his hand or fingers across her stomach and back - kissed her on the cheek - asked her why she didn't wear a dress - and asked for help in finding a girlfriend. The PBA president tells us how he felt when he heard the allegations.

"It was very surprising but also appalling. To have one of my members being harassed in her workplace where she was tasked to protect the governor and care for his safety. Yet she can't feel safe in that exact environment."

At this point, that female state trooper has not been named.
