Retired Riverside police Chief Rick Oliver had a very special guest attend his retirement party a few days ago. In 2018, Oliver saved Heidi Todd from her abductor after the assailant brutally attacked her mother, locked her in their South Carolina home and fled to Alabama with the 4-year-old girl in tow.Over the weekend, Heidi was in Alabama again, but this time it was to surprise Oliver at his retirement party. Along for the seven-hour ride? Her parents, five siblings and her grandparents.WVTM 13's Rick Karle tells you more about the sweet surprise in the video above.
