Frank Bradley: August’s Local Hero

SEAFORD, Dela. (WMDT) — Frank Bradley is a corporal with the Seaford Police Department. He has been a police officer for 12 years. He aways knew he wanted to be a first responder. “When I was younger, my dad’s best friend was a Delaware State Trooper and my grandfather was a retired corrections officer and just seeing them [sic] guys and seeing what they do and how they help people.”

Frank’s favorite part of being a police officer is being able to help people and interact with the community. He also loves working with what he considers a great group of guys. “We have hearts,” he said, “We have families. I mean, we wouldn’t do this job if we didn’t care about people.” He continues, “It’s not about putting handcuffs on people…not about just running after the bad guy all the time.” For Frank Bradley, it’s all about helping people.
