It's back! The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night event returns in-person this fall, after last year's event was forced to go virtual due to the pandemic.

The announcement coming Tuesday - the event will be Saturday October 16th at Siena College. On hand for the kickoff was this year's honored hero, 7 year old Olivia DeWitt and her mom Melynnda. Olivia celebrated her final cancer treatment in 2019 after two and a half years of chemotherapy treatments.

Light the Night organizers say they are still desperately searching for more fundraising teams -- they have eight so far, but need a whole lot more. You can get more information and sign up at the link.
