According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning ticket was also sold in West Haven.
WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $38,540 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 2, Oscar Liben, of West Haven, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the Ye Old Liquor Shoppe in West Haven and won $38,540.
