According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning ticket was sold in Hartford.
EAST HARTFORD, CT - An East Hartford resident is $20,416 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hartford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On August 2, Eva Bilbraut, of East Hartford, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from the High Spirit Wines & Liquors store in Hartford and won $20,416.
