Most Indiana counties in “high or substantial” risk categories for COVID-19 transmission

Indiana’s COVID map is quickly losing more of it’s blue color.

That’s because more Hoosier counties now fall under the CDC guidelines to wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status.

New data from the CDC shows 81 of Indiana’s 92 counties in the high or substantial risk categories for COVID-19 transmission. Last week, there were 65 counties in those categories.

High transmission means there are over 100 cases per 100-thousand people over a 7-day period, while substantial is 50 to 100 cases per 100-thousand.

As of now, just St. Joseph, Marshall and Starke Counties remain in the blue zone. The rest of the Indiana counties in the MNC listening area are in the yellow zone.

Please quit the COVID-19 fear mongering. With a recovery rate of 99.97% if I do absolutely nothing, I’m not going to worry about it for one single solititary second. The CDC has admitted they are scrapping the PCR tests because they are worthless. It’s not designed for COVID-19 and provides FAR too many false positives, and can’t differentiate between Covid and the flu. We went from 46 million cases of the flu in 2019-2020 to just 2k in 2020-2021. This is about the Government exercising control over WE the People.
