Police looking for missing man last seen sitting on porch in Detroit

(WWJ) Police are searching for a 33-year-old man who disappeared nearly two weeks ago in Detroit.

Terrell Brooks was last seen at around 12 a.m. on Wednesday, July 21.

According to Detroit Police, Brooks was sitting on the porch of his home, in the 3200 block of Clements, near Dexter Ave. and the Davison Fwy. (M-8). No one has seen or heard from him since.

Brooks is described as 5'8" tall and weighing around 230 lbs. He has a goatee, braided hair with beads on the ends, wears glasses, and has a tattoo of a cross on his left arm.

It's not known what he was wearing when he was last seen.

Police said Brooks is in good physical condition, but according to a family member he suffers from mental illness.
