Omar Martinez, 38, of 78 Yale St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct, 6:39 p.m.

Anushila Ray, 37, of 38 Shepard Way, South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 9:55 p.m.

David T. Condit, 53, of 73 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation, 10:26 a.m.

Jaquan McCall, 41, of 5110 Avalon Ct., Melville, N.Y., was charged on an extradition arrest, 9:01 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 2

Fernando A. Ramirez-Santiago, 30, of 760 Ellis St., New Britain, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief, 4:40 p.m.

James L. Breen, 57, of 15 Park Rd., Colchester, was charged with third-degree larceny and operating under suspension, 9:09 p.m.

Jonathan P. Simpson, 30, of 18 Cricket Dr., Meriden, was charged on an extradition arrest, 11:07 p.m.
