Syracuse Police investigate stabbing of teenage girl

Syracuse, NY — A teenager girl is hospitalized after a stabbing in Syracuse, according to Syracuse Police.

The stabbing happened yesterday just before 2 p.m. on Rowland Street.

Police say the 16-year-old was stabbed in the back and transported to the hospital where she is expected to survive. The investigation continues and anyone with information is asked to contact Syracuse Police at (315) 442-5222.
