Public art along Interstate 10 to light up orange in honor of Aug. 3 victims

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Public art lighting along I-10 and Airway will light up orange Monday night.
The colors are to honor the 23 victims of the August 3, 2019 attack at the Cielo Vista Walmart.
