Are you an animal lover? Do you love fun themed cocktails and dancing to live music? Are you twenty-one or older? If this sounds like something you would enjoy, Roger Williams Park Zoo is hosting a sip and stroll event on August 12 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. This is an adults-only event and will take place after normal zoo hours.

At the sip and stroll, there will be live music by Farm Dog Band and zoo-themed cocktails available for purchase. The zoo’s restaurants will be open if you want to grab a bite to eat while you are there. The ticket also includes full access to the zoo, including Faces of the Rainforest, Shades of Nature featuring the white alligator, and World of Adaptations.

“It’s a great opportunity to experience the zoo after hours, all without the kids. Guests can enjoy all the usual amenities the zoo has to offer during the daytime, while also soaking up live musical entertainment, amazing animal encounters and even fun photo-op opportunities with costumed characters from RI Comic Con,” says Corrie Ignagni, Manager of Digital Communications at Roger Williams Park Zoo.

Tickets are $17.95 and can be purchased on the Roger Williams Park Zoo website. You can buy tickets for the event online or at the door. Remember, you must be twenty-one or older to attend this event.
