A Georgia teen who was struck by lightning while on vacation last month has died.Walker Bethune was with his family on Marco Island in Florida when he was hit. The 17-year-old had been receiving treatment since mid-July in Miami. Bethune and his family are from Macon, Georgia. Bethune was a senior at Stratford Academy.There is a GoFundMe set up to help the family.
