ST. LOUIS – St. Louis City police officers report a fatal single car accident at Hall Street and E. Carrie Avenue that happened at approximately 8:11 a.m. Sunday.
Police say the occupant of the car was partially ejected from the vehicle after hitting a concrete barrier.
Accident Reconstruction has been requested.
