Tonight, the truck will make a stop at Oaks Highlands Brewery off Brockwood Road. This is one of the food truck’s first public events and will feature a four-course beer pairing dinner.

Cedar & Vine co-owner Sam Howard expects the truck to make plenty of stops there, as well as at a few other local venues, although no regular or weekly stops have been fully ironed out yet.

“I’m sure we’ll have a regular appearances with our friends over at Oak Highlands Brewing Company,” Howard said. “There’s a couple of breweries that we know that we work with, because we supply their products, and we’ll probably go do dates at their places. And we’ve had a number of private events as well, but… We’re still kind of looking around to figure out what’s a good fit for us.”

Featured menu options for the four-part meal include Five Spice Sticky Ribs, spicy chicken sliders and a chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream combo, all paired with select beers from Oak Highlands Brewery. And the teased menu for the truck includes snacks, sandwiches and kids meals.

The truck is available to rent for private events, and updates on where the truck is parking next can be found on Instagram @cedar_vinefoodtruck.
