New facility turns shelter dogs into service dogs

SAN ANTONIO - For veterans that suffer from PTSD, a four-legged friend can be life saver. But do you know how a shelter dog becomes a service dog? It takes an army! K9s for Warriors and Petco Love are teaming up to not only save the lives of those that have served in the military, but the lives of dogs in the city shelter - with the "Petco Love K9 Center."
