Starting Sunday, Florie’s at the Four Seasons will feature a special three-course Italian menu throughout August.

Italy Discovery is a prix-fixe bill of fare, with a set dish for each course. It is offered in addition to the restaurant’s regular a la carte menu.

Vitello tonnato — thinly sliced veal with a tuna-accented sauce — is the first course of the Italy Discovery menu.

Guests then will be served house-made fusilli with Sicilian-style fish ragu, fried eggplant, pine nuts, taggiasca olives and mint.

Tiramisu — the classic coffee-flavored Italian dessert with ladyfingers, mascarpone cream and cocoa — is featured for dessert.

The special three-course Italy Discovery menu is $85 a person. With wine pairings, it’s $120.

Florie’s features both indoor and outdoor seating.

The restaurant opened in 2019 at the Four Seasons in partnership with internationally known chef-restaurateur Mauro Colagreco, who remains a guiding force, but the day-to-day head chef is Nino La Spina.
