Attorney General Merrick Garland visited his hometown of Chicago this week announcing a new federal "strike force" that will address gun trafficking. Fox News' David Spunt joined Marc Cox for a conversation about the new directive.

"This is significant because this, number one, is his hometown, it's a very different place than when he grew up, 50-years ago, 60-years ago here as far as crime is concerned, no question," says Spunt.

Garland met with Chicago leadership to discuss the new program led by the Justice Department, "interestingly enough there's not a federal crime on the books against gun-trafficking, which surprises many people" says Spunt. "The way they nab people is if people lie, if people steal, when it comes to guns that's how they eventually nab them."
