BUFFALO, N.Y. — Wednesday marks the final day the Toronto Blue Jays will call Buffalo home.

The team has played in the Queen City since last season when the coronavirus forced them out of their home city.

They’ll play against the Boston Red Sox Wednesday night before going on the road for the next few games.

But before they go, the Blue Jays have some thank you's planned for their home away from home, including special giveaways at Wednesday night’s game, plus a donation of $25,000 to the Buffalo Bisons charitable foundation. The hope is to grow the game of baseball in Western New York.

The Jays return to their home field in Toronto July 30 to play the Kansas City Royals.
