Arizona podcaster killed in hit-and-run crash; Shift coming in Phoenix housing market; Permits for driving in Mexico

Podcaster and Arizona State University graduate Mat George died in a hit-and-run crash in Los Angeles early Saturday morning, according to his co-host.

A metro Phoenix housing expert says we "are seeing a shift from an extreme sellers’ market" and says homebuyers "should have a little more hope."

Mexican nationals and tourists are heading to México this summer, but in order to drive farther into the country, you need a permit for your vehicle.

Phoenix police were searching for a suspect early Sunday morning after a woman was struck by gunfire while ordering from a food truck.

  • In 2014, a New York City police officer (Daniel Pantaleo) involved in the arrest of Eric Garner, who died in custody two days earlier after being placed in an apparent chokehold, was stripped of his gun and badge and placed on desk duty. (Pantaleo was fired in August 2019.)
