A motorcyclist from Oakland has died following a Saturday night crash involving his motorcycle and a car.Police say they responded to Old Belgrade Road and Civic Center Drive around 8:45 p.m. and located all vehicles and people involved. Police say the driver of the motorcycle, 58-year-old Patric Sherman of Oakland, died from injuries sustained in the crash. His passengers were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.Police say both the driver and the passenger in the car, reported no injuries. The Augusta Police Department is still investigating the details involved in this crash and said it's been reconstructed by the Maine State Police.
