The annual Warren County Polar Plunge is tomorrow, raising funds for Special Olympics Iowa. Organizer Randy Spurr tells KNIA News there is still time to participate, and you don’t have to make the plunge in order to help as you can purchase a t-shirt or make a monetary donation. Spurr also said sack lunches will be provided by Hy-Vee rather than the normal post-plunge banquet, with social distancing and other safety measures put in place.
