What's Open In Beverly Hills?

It's getting easier to have fun in Beverly Hills. Here's a list of recreational facilities that have opened or are about to reopen.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — Now that Los Angeles County is in the orange tier, all kinds of fun is back in Beverly Hills. Here is a list of the city’s recreational activities that have or about to reopen at full or limited capacity:

Recreation

  • Basketball courts at Roxbury Park reopened April 8 at limited capacity.
  • Youth sports, including AYSO and Little League, resumed April 12 at Roxbury Park and La Cienega Park
  • Adult spring baseball leagues will resume competitive play starting April 24
  • Picnic tables rentals resumed Thursday at Roxbury Park, La Cienega Park, and Coldwater Canyon Park. Reservations can be made by calling the main number at each park’s website.
  • The sand volleyball court at Roxbury Park is open for drop-in play from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Tennis and pickleball is open for online reservations at La Cienega Tennis Center and Roxbury Park tennis courts. Reservations can be made at www.beverlyhills.org/bhrec.
  • Beverly Hills Tennis Center is offering tennis and pickleball lessons and clinics and summer tennis camps. Visit beverlyhillstennis.com, call 310-285-6825 or email proshop@beverlyhillstennis.com for more information.
  • Some spots are available for virtual summer programs and camps. Visit www.beverlyhills.org/summercampbrochure for a complete catalog.

Library

  • Sidewalk and curbside services for pick up and dropoff will expand to 8 p.m. starting Monday, April 19. Current curbside hours are: Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Mondays- Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and 2:30-6:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • The library building will be open three days a week starting April 26 by appointment only. Appointments can be made at www.bhpl.org. Available services include browning collections on the first floor, picking up reserved books, and brief consulting to help find materials.

Greystone Mansion and Gardens

  • Graystone grounds will be open on select dates starting Thursday, April 22. Starting May 5, reservations will be available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Reservations are required and available up to three weeks in advance. Reservations can be made at www.beverlyhills.org/bhrec.
  • Photography permits are allowed for up to six people starting April 22 on select dates. Permit applications can be submitted to bhevents@beverlyhills.org or by calling 310-285-6830.
  • No events are scheduled and no event rentals are currently offered at Greystone Mansion and Gardens.
