SoFi Stadium, home of the L.A. Chargers and Rams, has partnered with chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo to help highlight the stadium’s upcoming culinary program made up of four different concessions inspired by the James Beard award-winning duo. Starting Thursday, April 22, SoFi Stadium will release a video each week announcing a concept and will highlight its inspiration and ingredients. The videos will feature the Animal and Son of a Gun owners walking fans through the stadium’s new culinary program produced together with the Legends hospitality group. 1800 Cristalino Tequila and GRAMMY-winning artist Kali Uchis are hosting Sin Miedo: La Experiencia, an immersive virtual concert experience on Thursday, April 22! Kali Uchis will perform hits from Sin Miedo (del Amor y Otros Demonios) for the first time since its release, including “Telepatía” and “Te Pongo Mal.” 

For the at-home viewing experience, 1800 Cristalino and Kali have teamed up with Cocktail Courier for a cocktail in which fans can mix and sip on Kali’s favorite libation, the 1800 Por Vida, made with 1800 Cristalino, citrus tonic, grapefruit bitters and light agave nectar. This weekend, Chef Kuniko Yagi of Pikunico, the Japanese fried chicken concept at ROW DTLA, will team up with Chef Jihee Kim of Perilla LA, the Instagram pop-up restaurant serving market-driven Korean banchan, for a limited-time collaboration dish to be served at Pikunico from April 17 to May 1. Chicken Dupbap by Perilla & Pikunico is made with Kim’s one-year aged kimchi, marinated kombu seaweed, sesame shishito peppers, Pikunico chicken tenders and seasoned egg, served over ginger rice. Jobs are coming back to Southern California and Randy’s Donuts has a position for hopeful applicants.
