The former house of Pittsburgh legend and television star Fred Rogers is up for sale.

The red brick house on Northumberland Street in Squirrel Hill has a large concrete porch and a bright yellow front door.

Rogers and his wife lived in the house in the 1950s and 60s before he became a PBS star in Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.

The house is on the market for $850,000.

Fred Rogers passed away in 2003. His wife, Joanne, died in January of this year.

In 2019, a movie about a journalist assigned to profile Fred Rogers, saw actor Tom Hanks fill the shoes of Mister Rogers for the film.
