The president wants to crack down on homemade 'ghost guns' and stabilizing pistol arm braces like the one used in the Boulder grocery story attack. In recent days, dozens of Nebraska counties have made resolutions or taken action to designate themselves as "Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties."
