A foster family in Horry County just wanted a fun vacation at Disney World with their kids but returned home to a nightmare.

While the family was away, two kids broke into their home through a window for a drink after getting "hot and sweaty" playing outside, according to a report. Officers said the kids downplayed what took place and said they broke one glass cup while inside.

According to police, after officers entered the home, it became clear the damage was not an accident at all.

Some of the damage included shattered televisions and computers, shattered glass objects and liquid (liqour, soda, water, etc) covering every inch of the floors, soda dumped on the couch that was then covered in glitter, holes in almost every wall in the house, jewelry and an X-Box tossed in the hot tub, and the hot tub was slashed, a report states.

Due to the age of the kids, they can not be criminally charged and the incident will have to be handled civilly, officers said.

A GoFundMe has been set up for the family to help pay for a place to stay while their home is repaired.

After speaking with their homeowner's insurance, the family found out nothing is covered, according to the GoFundMe page.
