One person died in a traffic collision between a cement mixer truck and a tractor-trailer Wednesday morning in West El Paso, police said.
The cement truck rolled over in the collision, which occurred at 8:40 a.m. at North Desert Boulevard and Trans Mountain Road, police said.
The intersection was closed as an investigation by the Special Traffic Investigations Unit continued Wednesday morning.
A video on social media shows a cement truck charging downhill on Trans Mountain Road before smashing into a semitruck loaded with beer cans.
