Marlborough Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested In Haverhill

The 28-year-old was accused of robbing a Marlborough gas station, according to police.

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged following an armed robbery in downtown Marlborough earlier this month.

At around 4:30 p.m. on April 7, a man wearing a masked robbed the Discount Gas station along Main Street, police said. Marlborough police released images of the suspect and asked for tips.

Marlborough police discovered the suspect was in Haverhill, and the state police fugitive task for arrested him there. Steven Kozak was charged with armed robbery while wearing a mask, police said.
