The Des Moines Police Department said an 18-year-old man faces charges after a woman suffered a stab wound to the head Tuesday.Police responded to an apartment complex located at 3710 Twana Drive around 6 p.m. after receiving reports of a stabbing.Upon arrival, police found a woman suffering a stab wound to the head. She was transported to a metro hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.On Wednesday, police said 18-year-old Clasean Ronle Stallworth, of Des Moines, was arrested and charged with one count of willful injury causing bodily harm. He’s being held in the Polk County Jail awaiting an initial court appearance.
