One person has been shot to death in Oak Cliff this morning. and police have made an arrest.
At 3:45 a.m. Dallas police were sent to an address on Strickland Street, a few blocks east of the Dallas Zoo.
A shooting victim was already dead. Detectives have not said why the victim was shot.
