Elkhart police say missing teen found safe

ELKHART — UPDATE: Police say this boy has been found and he is safe.

ORIGINAL STORY: Elkhart police are asking for your help finding 14-year-old Tyrone Kirklen, Jr.

The teen was last seen Tuesday afternoon on South Main Street on his way to the Tolson Center.

Kirklen is 5'8" and 135 lbs. and he was last ween wearing a green shirt with a dog on the front, stone washed blue jeans, and black Air Force shoes.

Police say he has medical issues, and needs to take medication.
