Video: Man attacks customers, steals their car keys inside Brooklyn convenience store

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) — A man punched two people in the face during a dispute inside a Brooklyn store before stealing their car keys, the NYPD said Tuesday.

The incident happened around 7 p.m. on Sunday inside a convenience store located on Fort Hamilton Parkway in the Windsor Terrace section of the borough.

According to police, a 34-year-old man and 33-year-old woman were inside the store when they got into an argument with another, unidentified man.

It remains unclear what the argument was about, but things escalated when the unidentified man punched both the man and the woman in the face, police said.

He then stole their car keys and fled the location in a white Jeep Cherokee, according to authorities.

The individual is described as a bald white man, 5'10", 180 to 195lbs and between 30 to 35 years old. He sported a full beard and was last seen wearing a black shirt, blue jeans and black sneakers.
