Pacific Catch Opens Newest Restaurant In Silicon Valley

The SF Bay Area seafood eatery brings its signature "fish bartenders" & "sushi tacos" to latest locale in Santa Clara Square.

SANTA CLARA, CA — Pacific Catch, the "West Coast fish house" renown for its seafood with an eclectic, Pacific Rim flare, recently opened its 11th location in the San Franciso Bay Area in the Santa Clara Square.

The new locale offers indoor and outdoor dining, takeout and delivery.

“We are excited to be part of the Santa Clara community and welcome neighbors near and far to enjoy delicious seafood that has been sustainably sourced along with our refreshing, handcrafted cocktails," said Keith Cox, Pacific Catch founder & CEO. For nearly two decades, Pacific Catch has prided itself on its "wave-to-table" offerings and craft beverages, plus its signature "Fish Bar" with “fish bartenders” serving up sashimi-grade fish in signature “sushi tacos," along with ceviches and pokes, like Kona Kanpachi Poke with Hawaiian yellowtail, Original Ahi Poke and Classic Striped Sea Bass Ceviche.

Bowls and salads, with grains, greens and protein, also are on the menu, plus rotating seasonal offerings like hearty salmon chowder.

To up the festive factor, Pacific Catch’s bar program features such tiki cocktails as the Painkiller, Mai Tai and Caramelized Piña Colada.

The new Santa Clara restaurant is 4,750 square foot, designed with booths, mosaic tiles, tropical plants, coupled with an outdoor dining area with firepit and an overall, relaxed vibe courtesy of Orange County-based decorators Hatch Design Group.

Pacific Catch is a longtime partner with such ocean resources as the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program, James Beard’s Smart Catch and Surfrider Foundation’s Ocean Friendly Restaurants. Additionally, the company employs a director of sustainability, industry expert Jennifer Bushman, who focuses on Pacific Catch’s commitment to the ocean environment, sustainable fish and seafood sourcing. All Pacific Catch locations also offer 100% compostable take-out packaging.
