MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —If you're thinking about hitting the waves Monday, here's an update on surf conditions. There will be a mix of short-period NW swell and long-period SW-SSW swells rolling in this morning, according to surfline. Winds are light offshore.

Surf will be running waist to stomach high for most spots, "while top combo breaks in the north half of the bay see some better sets," according to the website.

For the rest of the day, surf size will slowly subside, while moderate W-WSW winds ruffle up conditions through most of the afternoon.
