Rockford’s Anderson Japanese Gardens Announces Opening Date

It's time to start filling your calendar with ALL of the outdoor activities. The pandemic has reminded us how amazing it is to spend time outdoors enjoying time with your family. A great place to spend some time outdoors enjoying nature is Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford.

Spring has sprung and it's time to get back to spending some time at the gardens. They've been closed over the winter season, but they recently announced when they'll be open for 2021.

The Garden is expected to be open daily into early November. Here's what it will cost you for a trip to the gardens according to their website -

• Adults $11.00
• Seniors (62+) $10.00
• Students & Military $9.00
• 5 and Under FREE

Their website also details some new changes put in place because of COVID-19 -

To ensure everyone’s safety, we are re-opening under significantly reduced capacities and strict social distancing protocols. Until further notice, pre-purchased admissions reservations will be required for entry.
