Kealakekua resident, Conall Ravenscraft, recently received his COVID-19 vaccine in Konawaena then entered #HIGotVaccinated’s Vax Da Max milestone contest. Conall was selected as the 2,000th entrant and won a $500 McDonald’s of Hawaii prize pack.

David Lim, McDonald’s of Hawaii owner/operator on Hawaii Island, awarded Conall $400 in Arch Cards® and 100,000 MyMcDonald’s Rewards points – a new loyalty program on the McDonald’s app.

Conall, who works at the National Park Service in Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau, regularly comes in contact with large numbers of visitors. He decided to get vaccinated to continue working and felt it was his kuleana (responsibility) to keep his family and community safe.

“There’s a lot to consider,” said Ravenscraft. “Think about your family, community, as well as your own health and lifestyle. Think about what you see and hear and make an informed decision.” For more information and to enter Vax Da Max, please visit www.higotvaccinated.com/vaxdamax.
